Service Policy

Deposits
- A deposit is required to secure your appointment

- Deposits are fully refundable or transferable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
- No-shows will also result in the deposit being forfeited.
- If you wish to reschedule after a late cancellation or missed appointment, a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Studio Policy

- CHILDREN POLICY: Children are welcome during the consultation only. Due to safety and the nature of the services being performed, children are not permitted during eyelash extension services or brow lamination appointments.
- NO PETS ALLOWED: For the safety and comfort of all clients, pets are not permitted in the studio.
- LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. If you wish to reschedule, a new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment.
- EYELASH EXTENSION ADJUSTMENTS: If you have any concerns regarding your eyelash extensions, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours after your appointment so we can address the issue. After 48 hours, any additional work or adjustments will be subject to an additional charge.
